I’m curious in the project for a couple of reasons…
Would the website being an alternate venue for musicians and a community of people who love and want to support a grass roots music movement?
If so… And you wanted to get started by looking at Ashland…
I have footage from a two year music documentary project on the Ashland music scene. I would be really interested in finding a venue for it. I think it has the potential to get people inspired to help host shows.
I’ve not done anything with it, because there hasn’t been a final goal set for it… other than it’s interesting material, and interesting people involved. My friend who graduated last term majored in video editing. We have a 10min. short doc finalized (in my opinion, it needs some more colorizing… but ya know… there’s always one more thing). I can get you a copy if you’re interested.
